Hello! I’m Cresta, Principle Occupational Therapist of Uplift OT.

After several years working across clinic and community based settings in mental health and generalist roles I set up Uplift OT with the aim to provide flexible, collaborative OT services in the home and community. Being a sole practitioner has enabled me to focus on developing genuine connection with my clients, adapt my services to meet their needs and evolve my clinical focus responsively.

I have particular interest working with people experiencing:

• mental illness

• ADHD and autism

• hypermobility and connective tissue disorders
