Working collaboratively with you, I help problem-solve the barriers getting in the way of the roles, tasks, or activities that are meaningful to you — whether that's managing daily routines, returning to study or work, or reconnecting with things you enjoy. Together we build practical strategies and skills, working at your pace and in the environment where they'll actually matter.

A functional capacity assessment is a collaborative process that looks at how your disability or health condition affects your everyday functioning, so we can problem-solve together what support will genuinely help you live a life that's meaningful to you. The resulting report gives a clear picture of your strengths and needs, and can support your NDIS plan, plan review, or access request.

I work with you to problem-solve the right assistive technology and equipment solutions — from everyday aids to more complex options — to help you do the things that are meaningful to you more safely, independently, or comfortably. This is a collaborative process, including trialling options where possible and supporting any funding requests or paperwork needed to access what you need.
